Caroline Ericksen is a multi-year #1 Top Producer and 2025 Firm Top Producer, recognized for both exceptional results and her Angel Award–winning service to senior citizens. Her work and leadership have been featured in The New York Times, reflecting her trusted reputation and commitment to excellence.

Caroline Is originally from Annapolis Maryland, but has proudly called the Carolinas home for more than 25 years, settling in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina in 1994. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Classics, Philosophy, and Religion from Mary Washington College, along with a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Ethics from the University of South Carolina.

Caroline lives in Flat Rock and works as a full-time Broker in Charge and Realtor with Coldwell Banker Advantage. As a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist and 2022 Keller Williams Culture Award winner, she is especially passionate about guiding seniors and families through thoughtful real estate planning.

Before entering real estate, Caroline spent many years as an event planner and fundraiser supporting organizations such as the American Cancer Society and American Heart Association. She also taught Philosophy and Ethics at the college level for over 25 years and has a lifelong love for the arts, including musical theater and running her own dance business. Her experience also includes time as a geriatric social worker, further reflecting her heart for helping others.

Caroline is the proud mother of twins, Helena and Dean Patrick, and is married to Michael Ericksen, a retired second-grade teacher and local renovation business owner. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, attending Grace Lutheran Church, gardening, dancing, traveling with her husband, and supporting causes that strengthen her community. She currently serves as President of the Church Council at Grace Lutheran Church and Vice President of the Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Association, and is Secretary of Chapter B-O of P.E.O., supporting educational opportunities for women.
